ABOUT ME

I'm Camille, a French expatriate residing in California for the past 12 years, following a four-year stint in Singapore. My fascination with coaching blossomed when I personally witnessed its profound impact on my life and recognized its potential to assist others. Having traversed the challenges of a painful divorce through years of therapy, I stumbled upon coaching, which not only resonated deeply but also offered transformative and empowering experiences.

Motivated by this positive shift, I engaged a coach without a specific agenda, purely to continue my personal development. The journey proved so impactful that I decided to formalize my commitment by enrolling in a coaching program at the Health Coach Institute. Now, armed with a passion for aiding others and a commitment to perpetual learning, I specialize in guiding individuals to identify their goals, devise actionable plans, and evolve into their optimal selves.

My approach integrates personal experiences, life strategies, and innovative techniques to propel clients toward their aspirations. I firmly believe in the uniqueness and untapped potential within each individual. My mission is to facilitate the unlocking of that potential, enabling the creation of a life that resonates with passion and fulfillment. I cultivate a safe, trusting, and judgment-free space, encouraging clients to explore and embrace their authentic selves.

My focus spans diverse themes, including health and habit change, work-life balance, relationships and transitions, parenting, and self-worth. Beyond coaching, I find solace in nature, balance my passion for coaching with a career in Luxury Wine Marketing, and cherish moments with my partner and three children.
